I provide either Face to Face, Skype/Doxy.me/Teams video conferencing or telephone counselling.

Face to Face
Probably the most familiar way to receive therapy face to face counselling takes place in my office situated in Zeals. We meet for 50 minutes usually once a week. It is a comfortable, confidential and safe space in which to explore your feelings and anything else you feel therapy may help you with. 

Skype/Doxy.me/Teams Video Conferencing
Relatively new and innovative, video conferencing is a convenient and effective way to access therapy. Enabling you stay in the comfort and privacy of your own home or chosen location it avoids weekly travel and provides the potential to access therapy if you are away from home or are visiting or live in another country. It is also useful if you struggle with health issues, mobility or confidence to attend face to face sessions. Skype/Doxy.me/Teams can be offered to face to face clients who are unable to attend their normal face to face session. 

Telephone
Telephone counselling is another convenient and efficient way to engage in therapy. Providing you can access a telephone it will enable you to engage in therapy with me from a distance. Telephone counselling can be offered to face to face or skype clients who are unable to attend their normal session. 

Cost for the above services:

Free initial 20 minute telephone consultation
Individual counselling: £50 per session (50 minutes)
Student counsellors: £40 per session 

As we all navigate the current cost-of-living crisis, it is very important to me that access to therapy is not hindered by cost. I offer a  concessionary rate of £35 for those on low income and hold 10 spaces in my practice for clients who may find the usual fee difficult.
